AI Adaptation Circles

Is AI moving faster than you can adapt?

A free 60 minute online circle with 8 to 12 people. Bring one real challenge. Leave with one concrete action.

You meet other people who are working through the same shift, live, on video.

Save my seat

Not a course. Not a webinar. No pitch.

A circle is people around one table, on screen: 8 to 12 of you, and Edwin keeping time.

A live conversation between people, not a class

  • Live

On Google Meet, with real people. Not a recording.

  • 8 to 12 people

Small enough that everyone gets to speak.

  • 60 minutes

One hour, one rhythm, one next step.

  • Free

No card and no pitch. Nothing is recorded.

Who it is for

  • You use AI, but it still feels scattered

You try tools here and there. You want a way to make them part of how you actually work.

  • You lead or advise other people

People ask you what to do about AI. You want to answer from practice, not from headlines.

  • You are not sure where to start

You have not found a first use yet, or you tried and stopped. A small group is an easier place to begin.

How a circle works

One hour, a small group, one rhythm.

  1. 5min

    Check in

Everyone says in one sentence where they are with AI today.

  2. 15min

    Real challenges

A few people share a real work challenge. The group asks questions before offering ideas.

  3. 25min

    Hands on

We try an approach live on one of those challenges, using tools you already have access to.

  4. 10min

    Learnings

Each person says what they would repeat and what they would drop.

  5. 5min

    Next step

You choose one concrete action for the coming week.

Which circle?

Edwin Moreno Marún

Who runs it

Edwin Moreno Marún

I'm Edwin. I started these circles because most of what I learn about AI at work comes from other people's real problems, not from slides. I facilitate, I keep time, and I share what I have seen work. You bring the challenge.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. There is no charge for the circle and no card to enter.

Which language is it in?

Each circle runs in one language. There is a Spanish circle and an English circle. Choose the one you prefer.

Is it recorded?

No. We do not record audio, video or the chat. I take short notes for myself and ask before using anything you said.

Is this therapy or coaching?

No. It is a peer working session about work. It is not therapy and it does not replace professional advice.

Will you try to sell me something?

I also run a paid program. If I mention it, it is one sentence, once, and optional. The circle does not depend on it.

What do I need?

A laptop or phone that opens Google Meet, a quiet place, and one real challenge from your work. Camera on is welcome and not required.

What happens with my information?

It is used to organize the circle and to write to you about it. The privacy notice explains the details in plain language.

Bring one challenge. Leave with one action.
