Privacy notice

This notice explains in plain language what happens with your information when you register for a circle.
Who is responsible
Edwin Moreno Marún is responsible for your information.

What I collect
What you type in the form: name, email, country, time zone, your role, company size, industry, how much you use AI, how you feel about it, the challenges you describe, and optionally your LinkedIn profile and WhatsApp number.
How you arrived: the language of the page, which headline you saw, campaign tags in the link, and whether you used a phone, tablet or computer.
I do not collect payment information. The circle is free.
Why, and on what basis
To organize the circle, send you the link and reminders, and prepare a session that fits the people who attend. The basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form.
If you also tick the second box, I may write to you about future circles. That one is separate and optional.
Who else handles it
A few services process data for me, only to run this site: Supabase (database), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting and anonymous visit counts), Cloudflare (bot check on the form) and Google (Google Meet, when you join the session).
Some of them are outside Mexico, for example in the United States. I do not sell your information and I do not share it for advertising.
Cookies
The site sets one small cookie that remembers which headline version you saw. Visit counts are anonymous and use no cookies. There are no advertising cookies.
How long I keep it
Up to 24 months after the last circle you joined, or until you ask me to delete it. Anonymous totals, which cannot be traced back to you, may stay longer.
Your rights
You can ask to see what I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to a use of it. These are often called ARCO rights in Mexico. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Write to the address below and I will answer within 20 days.
Every email from me has an unsubscribe link.
Children
The circles are for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that matters, I will say so on this page and update the date at the top.
